Oct. 1, 2025 – Audition Event opens in Festival Scores. Uploads may begin.
Oct. 17, 2025 – Audition mp3 file upload and application deadline to Festival Scores (no exceptions)
Oct. 20, 2025 – Audition fee invoice opens in Festival Scores. Pay via PayPal, or Checks payable to KS John Philip Sousa Jr. Honor Band
Nov. 14, 2025 – Audition fees due (postmark) ($15 per student per audition)
Nov. 21, 2025 (approximately) – 2026 Results are posted
Dec. 2025 – Music sent to band directors before winter break
February 1, 2026 – Participation fees due ($45 per accepted student)
