Oct. 1, 2026 – Audition Event opens in Festival Scores. Uploads may begin.
Oct. 16, 2026 – Audition mp3 file upload and application deadline to Festival Scores (no exceptions)
Nov. 20, 2026 (approximately) – 2027 Results are posted
Dec. 2026 – Music sent to band directors before winter break
February 1, 2027 – Participation fees due ($45 per accepted student) All fees are non-refundable.
